The officer should have known better. It would appear that he missed the training reference to the person in question didn't have to answer/say anything. I am glad I was not his supervisor.

Seems like the cop was out to get somebody. Didn't matter who. And the guy's partner is equally dumb.

I am very glad she won. They should have just handed her a ticket and let her go when she refused to talk. The escalated a situation for no reason because they were angry she wouldn't talk. Totally uncalled for.
