When people assemble for a function and they are orderly, the law enforcement officers of those areas are not going to bother them. The LEOs are going to protect their right of assembly. What a lot of people fail to understand that you can't be a dumbass and break other laws and infringe upon the rights of others and not get arrested. There are certain rules that one has to obey to be able to assemble.

SSgt Christopher Brose - Nope. Statutorily, legally, and constitutionally right.

SCPO (Join to see) - OK, those things too. But in practice, it's not always the case. It's not necessarily the fault of the LEOs, but there have been obvious instances where people HAVE been dumbasses and broke laws and infringed on the rights of others (assaulted people, destroyed property, set fire to things, etc.) and NOT gotten arrested. Mostly, that all has been done by leftists in leftist-controlled places -- hopefully it is beginning to change, but the real rule has been that if you're a conservative, you have to abide by the rules or you'll probably end up getting cuffed.

Of course we know that Antifa and/or BLM
Aren't showing to peacefully assemble.. they show to create havoc.. they like to go where the biggest peaceful demonstration is... so.. create a bigger. Fake demonstration far enough away
So it will not be worth trying to get back to the other demonstration . had read where a demonstration about discrimination was planned at a department store on one side of town...
across town a competitor had a blue light
Where they buy 1 item for full price and get 2d for a few cents... them people don't stop and think , they just say wow, what a deal ! They don't see it as s half off sale.. So the first store... where the demonstration is has very few protestors..
it wasn't as important as the sale was across town., it turned out to be a coincidence it happened... the Manager at the first store found why the demonstration was so small..so he called his competitor and thanked him for having the sale when he did.. So he took advantage of the sitrep... s'thing about the demonstrators would rather save a buck s'place than walk around carrying a cardboard sign in the rain.. which it do do., it looked like saving a buck trumped
Demonstrationng for s'one's rights in that sitrep..
