I would love for many to be in those crosshairs since they are people that betray our own. Many of them seem to be people who have a duty to protect people from this BS

My first week at my first unit (many moons ago), we had an NCO under investigation for being inappropriately forward with young female soldiers that were fresh from training. The CO interviewed every female, and apparently there was enough evidence to punish under UCMJ. His punishment? Reduced one paygrade, moved to another battalion. Predators don't get weeded out, they get better at hiding it.
