SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint - Libyan law doesn't matter, the attack was on United States soil. U.S. law applies at consulates and embassies.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Actually the conspiracsy to commit was outside of the walls. Plus, he was captured in his country not inside the US or US Embassy. Because you provided security for places that might be anti-Libyan do they now have the right to come grab you and I? I think now. IF he had a trial in his country, just as we tray Americans who throw bottles or trash other embassies, would the LY court say his arrest by "Delta" was legal?

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint - the conspiracy was within U.S. jurisdiction when any act in furtherance of the conspiracy was committed on U.S. soil.
