Good on them for acknowledging and (hopefully, truly) implementing needed reporting changes. I can only hope that the other services do not have similar concerns, and if they do, that they are taking the opportunity right now to implement and repair any reporting holes.

The article was a little sparse on details. Hopefully whatever they implemented will do the trick.
