Again...ACCUSED...not convicted. Well, convicted in the eyes of America. We have become a nation of death first then a trial. I am not saying they didn't do any of this stuff but I can't say until it has been proven in court and a sentence has been handed down. Until then it is all supposition in my book.

Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth - the SOL has long passed, and you cannot change the law to retroactively extend the SOL, that would violate the ex post facto clause of the Constitution.

Sir, to make sure I understand you correctly, you're saying that if we cannot take the issue to court, we should drop it and ignore what these women have alleged?

Capt Gregory Prickett - I understand legalities of the SOL and can't go back, that isn't what I was talking about and if it came across that way, then I am sorry...I don't know how to prove these allegations. If there is someway they can prove the allegations then the needs to step down. Otherwise, it is a he said she said in my book. We as a nation will never drop it. Heck we are still talking about Bill Clinton

Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth - I understand your position. I disagree with it, I don't think that it boils down to a he said-she said issue when you have multiple, unconnected women who are giving similar stories, stories that have been corroborated in part by numerous other witnesses. I've seen too many people ask for 100% proof, or proof beyond a reasonable doubt, both very high standards, but standards that are inappropriate here.

Capt Gregory Prickett - I understand...Thanks for keeping it professional and cordial and a good debate. Too many folks on here get way to excited and make it personal.

Excuse me… but isn’t every male these days a sex predator until proven innocent?

SSG Jessica Bautista - You are absolutely right! Both men and women usually use whatever they can to get their way. Women never use sex to get their way? If you believe that we live in a different world. The key to evaluate it properly is to honestly look at when a person has a position of authority over another: if they don’t it’s not sexual harassment, possibly harassment; each situation needs to be looked at on a case by case basis because they are no typical cases.

I say give them all their day in court, I don’t believe in this preponderance of evidence BS that people wish to use when it suites them. I don’t believe in Civil Courts either. In my mind: If it’s against the law, its criminal; if it’s not then it’s a bad law and needs to be done away with.

You better watch out who you allow yourself to be alone with. You will find out. :)

IN today's environment it is very dangerous for ANY male on the hunt. CYA boys. The girls will have to suffer an entire population of timid out of caution men.

Word play these days are necessary to get attention. But nothing is false about the headline since it is indeed true both have been "accused" of sexual assault and misconduct by female victims. Ugly headline but not a dishonest one.
