So protesters should be beaten with no consequences for those doing the beating, or ordering the beating? Seems to me that protesters have created a lot of positive change throughout the history of our country. Should the women protesters calling for the right to vote, have been beaten instead of granted their rights? How about the civil rights marchers, should they have been beaten? Oh yeah......they were beaten, but persisted anyway until they were granted equal rights. How about Rosa Parks? Should she have been beaten for refusing to go to the back of the bus? Heck, our country itself was founded after a protest against taxation without representation. Yes.....protesters sometimes cause us an inconvenience.....but do we really want to take a stand that they should be beaten into submission? Not in my America......

Gary quit being a cuck and get over it. People say they want to beat up Trump all the time, even Joe Biden said he wants to beat him up. I support anyone who beats up liberal protesters because they deserve it for all the violent protesters they produce.

SPC Anthony Schepis Downvote for just being an awful human. Also, "cuck" is so last year. Dig deep in your cess pool of a brain for something even resembling intelligence.

Nobody who commits a violent act because of someone's political beliefs is justified.....that goes for the left, the right, and the Trumpsters.

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - what do you call this? It's a fairly clear call to violence.

I would have to see the actual pleading (which wasn't attached to the article), but generally I don't think that it will fly.

I agree with needing to see the pleadings first. But, just from what I read in the above article, the term "Get 'em out of here" is being narrowly transfixed to indicated he was talking to his supporters, but he could have very well been referring to security. Now if he used the term "My supporters out there in the crowd, get 'em [disrupters] out of here," then one could be reasonably certain that he was inciting.

However, in light of recent events in the media, it would not be far fetched to lightly consider whether or not these individuals stepping forward are being paid to do so.

PO1 Rudy Lopez - the standard used to determine if there are grounds for summary judgment or not is whether there is a question of material fact that needs to be resolved by a jury. A question on what Trump meant by "get 'em out of here" is a question of material fact, and defeats any motion for summary judgment made by Trump.

No argument as to material fact/summary judgement.
