It is impossible to count the number of victims and losses of the Second World War. But time passed and it was possible to discover what was considered to be missing for many years ! As many of us know SGT John " Mac " McConnell hundreds of ships and submarines, thousands of aircraft, tens of thousands of armored and soft skinned vehicles, millions of land mines and individual weapons and many human remain buried or abandoned in bogs, sand dunes, and under the permafrost and especially under the water.
The video is interesting and somewhat humorous to me for many reasons.
Many of the secrets from WWII are still restricted even while Enigma, Manhattan Project and so many others have been "outed."

John I remember visiting Verdun and seeing all of the signs of danger unexploded poisonous gas. I thought to myself, I'll just stay on the trail hahaha. The entire country side was cratered, very humbling wow.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel
Navy Housing, Jackson Park, Bremerton, WA. was an Ammo Dump in WWII and they buried plenty of Stuff there, walk the beach line and see exposed Flares that I think are for a 5 inch gun, While I was there one of the Neighborhood Kids Found a Bomb in the Middle of the Softball Pitch. I did a tour in Adak, Walked thru a WWII Mine Field (Didn't Know until I got to the Other Side to see the Front of the Sign that said "Keep Out, Mine Field") also impaled my boot on a antipersonnel rake.
