The illegal EO has to be renewed every two years. From the date it was last renewed until it expires on March 5, 2018 is determined by the EO signed by Obama. Too bad he didn’t take care of this through regular order in Congress, when the Democrats had the Executive Branch and Congressional majority shows how concerned he was when it wasn’t a hot political issue. He even promised Comprehensive Immigration reform in his first year, but priorities, priorities. For eight years.

SSgt Boyd Herrst - Ultimately the EO belongs to the billet, not the body in the billet.

That is an interesting point, since courts are supposed to uphold the law. Judges are supposed to interpret the law. DACA was indeed, an Executive Order and NOT law.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Since you filed a libel case in that instance, myself and others on this venue have asked you to produce the court documents stating the outcome of that case and not just your word for it, and you still have not provided that information. So what is your point? You have failed to respond in kind.
Also you are not addressing the immediately previous statement by MSG Joseph Cristofaro as I asked, and deflecting from the point.

It has been shown that you are a cyber-stalker, and that is the root cause of you being dismissed from your position as a police officer at UT Dallas; that is a bit difficult to dispute. You did file a libel case against the individual that accused you of that, however you have not proven by documented court documents that you were exonerated.

SSG Robert Webster - I was not terminated for that, did not engage in that, was never found to have engaged in that or any other criminal activity, and I don't have a problem filing another lawsuit if you do not retract your statement.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Really, Go ahead and file your lawsuit. You have threatened this before and did not follow through.
However, from my summation of what was published in the North Texas Daily, you were not very successful in the immediate aftermath and I do not need to retract my statement since it is based on publicly available information that has not been retracted or disputed with publicly available material. So go ahead and threaten, but if so rebut it with something other than you questionable word.
And please go back and read my earlier statements and dispute what I have just stated.
What were the results of your appeal? And what were the results of the libel case?
Support with appropriate documentation. But do not threaten me again unless you plan on following through with it.
I am sure from your previous comments about MSG Joseph Cristofaro that you have also made the same threats to him and have not followed through there either.

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - I agree. I have also had these run in's with him in the past over the same issues. And like I stated, I know all about his activities to include a number of aliases that he has used in the past. He has also threatened me a number of times for stating factual information that was published in public newspapers. I am also aware and cognizant of his network of affiliates that also do the same thing in concert with each other.

It is the manner in which it was rescinded, which did not comply with current law under the Administrative Procedures Act (APA). The judge noted that the administration "indisputably can end the DACA program" (slip op at 4). Y'all really ought to try reading the opinion before you start screaming. The judge ruled that the administration couldn't end the program for arbitrary and capricious reasons, but had to follow the APA in shutting down the program.

In other words, Trump isn't a king, and has to follow the law.

This is a matter for which the Supreme Court will make the final decision, which is no different then when people and judges disagreed with president Obama orders, but it is funny to see how the world turns.

Capt Gregory Prickett I'm doing some reading on this. I think the irony is that the APA was used against the prior president when it came to change immigration regulations as well.

"The APA was also a central part of a 2015 federal court order that blocked an Obama administration program that sought to delay deportations of 4 million undocumented parents from going into effect."
