Looks like Mr. Cuban might have stepped in it here. There is also a story that he was fined 600k for telling his team to take a flop.

I read on one sports site that the women had an informal network that briefed new hires. They told the women NEVER to get on to an elevator alone with a certain member of the Mavs staff. How does that happen? Why is that person still employed if people are afraid to be in an elevator with him? But, yes, Cuban has some serious problems in his organization right now...
