Thank you my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown for sharing awesome photos of the fading backgrounds of the Great War,
My paternal grandfather and his brother fought on those battlefields from 1916 to 1918 after returning from Gallipoli. My paternal grandfather was a British Army Lance Corporal who served with the British Expeditionary Forces
