Arresting people trying to steal their territory via an imaginary nation is not against any law, national or international.

Crackpot claims do not a nation make

Things have changed the used to simply shoot that kind of thief

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - Maybe you don't understand: both countries deny any claim to Liberland's territory. The territory used to belong to Serbia. It has never belonged to Croatia.
Now, when people cross into Liberland by land (from Croatia) Croatia arrests them for illegally entering Serbia (even though Serbia expressly states that Liberland does not belong to Serbia).
When people cross from Serbia into Liberland by boat, the Croatian police again arrest them, this time for illegally crossing into Croatia (even though Croatia expressly states that Liberland does not belong to Croatia). The charges are mutually exclusive, as well as contradictory to Croatia's official position on the status of the territory.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - I see you're still not getting the gist of the situation, but at least you've provided some amusing typos.
