Raging Bullsh**t

Truman Capote once appeared on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and said just what Bill Whittle says in this video. Actors are stupid and the better they are as actors, the dumber they are. Carson attempted to convince the audience that they might have misunderstood Capote's comment, but he repeated it. Finally, exasperated and unable to avoid the gathering storm, Carson told his audience to send there cards and letters to Capote. The very next night, Capote returned to the Tonight Show and sat on the sofa next to George C. Scott who had been delegated to defend the integrity and "smartness" of the acting community, but only succeeded in succumbing to Capote's superior intellect and embarrassing himself. I have searched and searched for a video of that experience to share, but to no avail. Damn...
