This will be interesting to watch. Facebook guidelines clearly say no one can use their tools to discriminate when placing ads. The advertisers want to select their target market, of course (income, for example; no point in paying for ads to someone who doesn't make a certain income if you advertise Jaguar). I'm wondering if DOJ can make them change their algorithms, and if so, if advertisers will find a way around it, or just stop advertising on FB.
