What new insanity has California dreamed up for today? They want to mandate the composition of boards of directors for publicly traded corporations. Isn't that cute? Screw the shareholders, the owners and investors of those corporations. What do they know about running a business? Obviously our betters in government know much, much more.

So California is going to take the vote from the shareholders in publicly traded stock, somehow I don't think this scheme is going to go over well!
