I'll wager that Senator Feinstein herself ordered the leak. Odds anyone? She held onto it until the last minute because she knew that the evidence was thin at best and that its only value was to throw the confirmation process into a tailspin by "leaking" it at the last minute.

Absolutely, she is responsible. She is the one who had it in her possession.

It was purposefully held on to despite what Senator Booker said about trying to figure out how to best support the accuser and make her feel safe. Total BS! Senator Feinstein needs to be held accountable for her actions as does Booker for his. I'm still waiting to see or hear of anything out of the Senate.
