In spite of my last comment, the US and the former Confederacy is still better behaved in any respects. You can do Battlefield reenactments of Gettysburg and other battles. People are still proud that their forefathers fought for the union or fought for the Confederacy. Up here in Canada, the quebecers are threatening terrorism if they try to reenact a battle where the French lost during the French and Indian Wars. They're still a powder keg of people who want independence and they threaten violence on federal Park land if they try to reenact the battle of the Plains of Abraham. So some quebecers have a sore Papa from the loss of French control of Canada. Ironically, the British general new to let them keep their self governance, their language and their religion. A very smart move that prevented them from fighting for Independence when the original 13 colonies reached out to the quebecers and they refused to participate in the Rebellion...

Up here in Canada, racism still permeates Society. Men with little private parts and questionable IQs drive around with big four by fours with lift kits with a Confederate flag displayed on the back on a steel pole. I often see the Confederate flag in Windows when I do my deliveries. There are still chapters of the KKK that exist up here in Canada.

I'd think you should worry more about the Hell's Angels in Quebec.
