They are not even here, and already have people suing for them. I am having some serious trouble understanding how far this country has fallen. Wish they would have expended the energy trying to make their country better rather than tell me how we NEED to let them in!!!!!

Lt Col Charlie Brown As things stand now, I agree that they certainly don't have standing to sue. Once they set foot on US soil, that situation changes.

Not sure about their rights in this instance, but in past court rulings, visitors (inside of the USA) do have some constitutional rights.

Yes, but they are still outside, and will continue to be outside courtesy of our military.
