I think is this a fair and comprehensive review of the piss poor performance of the GOP House of the past two years. However, I'll disagree with the "boyz" on one point. They are overlooking another great Speaker of the House: Nancy Pelosi. No, I disagree with everything she stands for (if she can even still stand), but I have to give her credit. She truly can "herd cats". There is no more unruly bunch than Democrats ever since the days that the "Rainbow Coalition" was conceived. Too many disparate personalities with often conflicting agendas, all tied together in one party. Still, Nancy managed them and got things done. Bad things, to be sure. But she got them done

IF the GOP congress Critters had even made a real effort to live up to a decade worth of campaign promises they would not have gotten themselves in trouble. When they became the Majority Party in Both Houses and had the White House the republican leadership still acted like they were the minority, in short they did not lead.
So they lost.
