Then I guess this is fake. It appears worldnewsdaily.com has a reputation for 'satire'. Like I said, hard to tell these days. But yes, it made me laugh as well.

Where I worked at one point we provided care to prisoners. Seems a couple of enterprising prisoners got a cell phone. One stored the phone, the other stored the charger. The storage area was where the sun didn’t shine.
