When he goes into an OR he will have to change into the hospital scrubs, at least in the hospitals I have worked in

Scrubs should only be worn in hosp op rms. And changed frequently.
Do not know what hazardous bacteria could be attaching themselves to the scrub then transfer to a patient.. surely hope whatever hospital they consult at makes him change before entering an o.r. Suite..

This is true! Sometimes, usually the rep stays away from the field in a lot of cases and just talks to the tech on which piece to give to the dr

Many times they will make sure the right piece of hardware is opened and give to the scrub tech. I have seen a case where the wrong side hardware was installed because the rep wasn't there and the nose and tech were not familiar enough to know the difference.
