That's about the same for the United States Army Reserve. What's funny, people get sent home for not having their LHI out of the way. We do know that LHI has had some problems and you can submit the same paperwork three times and it shows that it's red. Still, some don't comply. When I fly in from Canada the day before drill, I schedule all my LHI ahead of time. Periodic Health assessment, Dental screening and the like and it helps pay for my travel because it's considered a half day's pay when you submit it to your unit administrator. I'm in the Army Reserve and I'm 56 years old and I get 283 points on my APFT so there's no excuse for those who live in the US and not stay in shape and get their medical requirements taken care of!
