Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs Interesting topic for today. When I write, I find out what I am thinking. If that sounds strange, sit down and pick a topic and just start putting down what comes into your mind. You quickly find out what it is that you believe about that subject. You don't have to share that with anyone; often sharing it is counterproductive but it does allow you to see some truths about yourself. It is also a place to put your hurts, your anger and your resentment where they can heal without hurting anyone else. What do you need to reflect on today? Could you use writing as a tool to do so?
