In that time they've gone quite the distance. I guess that's how you train for aerobics when you might not have a big track...

that is neat though not really that awe inspiring. Look up some videos showing Firefighters doing ladder drill competition, not only is that some impressive stuff but it also retains to the job and shows they have real potential to save lives.
