If She did read the Constitution , which I doubt She may have learned something, but then maybe not, first I suppose You have to have a brain to comprehend even though its pretty simple. 25 for House , 30 for Senator and 35 for President. It has nothing to do with being male or female nor does it even hint at that, Of course She still hasn't figured out there are only three branches of Government either. She may well be a contender for the biggest fool in congress and She hasn't even started yet. Hmmm, maybe Her very early proof of stupidity will qualify Her for the Guinness book of world records....
