Trump ran the show and made Pelosi look and sound like a fool, so that stuck in her gizzard.

You are correct, this was a look at what the next two years hold for us. Trump is used to the congressional leadership rolling over for him and kissing his ass. That won't be the case with Pelosi....she gives as good as she gets. And as Speaker, she will wield more power than Trump seems to realize. Interesting times ahead.
