Didn't Stoner get ticked off at the bean counters when they switched powder types for the M-16? Guess what, nothing has changed since 1960 something. Sorry to be a downer, when something good comes out, it takes Big army a couple of decades to think about using it, let alone approve it.

Fascinating info about the difference between the two kinds of ammo. Both will keep the bore cleaner.
