Toxic Diversity? Equal Opportunity should not equate to preferential treatment, remove the ethnicity section of applications, for anything, and let's see where the cards fall based on ability. Interviews should done incognito.

Excellence should always be the goal. Diversity does not get you much without excellence and high performance. If we search for excellence without regard to race, ethnicity etc. then we will have a diversity that will make a real difference.

They aren't advocating diversity. They are advocating intersectionality, a modified version of marx's rich vs poor. Diversity should include thought, not just skin color and lifestyle with blind obedience to THEIR party. #WalkAway
