Honestly, no, I don't think so. Ignorance and stupidity have always abounded in all cultures. I fear that our greater problem is that we are becoming a nation of Peter Pan's. You remember him, don't you? The little boy who didn't want to grow up. What is growing up all about? It's about taking responsibility for yourself. That seems to be disappearing these days, doesn't it? Americans are delaying marriage and parenthood if not avoiding these things all together, and what is marriage and parenthood about if not taking responsibility? The Democrats have figured it out. They're playing to these child like behaviors. Want to stay home? Go ahead, it's your right. We'll make sure that mommy and daddy continue to take responsibility for you. You can stay on their health insurance plan. Live in their basement. Play you computer games. Here's a free phone and some beer and cigarette money (but not enough to actually live on). Freedom? Oh, that's scary stuff. With freedom comes responsibility. Never you mind. We'll take responsibility for you. Just let us make all your decisions for you...

This new generation is being taught these ideologies by the teachers and professors in our institutions for learning. Look at AOC how she speaks and spouts her rhetoric and poorly formed ideas. She is the example of Ignorance and Stupidity that is in America today.

LTC (Join to see) I about had a coronary when my eldest stopped home from University. He was talking about his housing in campus, and they do not have "male or female" dorms. Now they call it "personnel who IDENTIFY themselves as MALE" or "personnel who IDENTIFY themselves as FEMALE". To add to that, they have a "BINARY" bathroom (I think that is the way he expressed it) - one for people that do NOT "DESIGNATE" themselves as either male/female.
I literally fell out of my chair when he told me this.
Mind you, I am a Dyed in the wool, Blue Dog Democrat ....but this really threw me for a loop!

PO2 Robert M. - It is a sad day when the morals of America and the younger generation fall for rhetoric that politicians are spouting. The morality of years gone by are loosened and homosexuality is okay with the Church. What has this Country turned into? I hope you son doesn't believe the stuff the free thinking progressive professors are indoctrinating the students with.
