In 2016 he said it was smart not to pay taxes. I think he is afraid of his tax returns becoming public because:
-His wealth is not as great he claims it to be.
-He is gaming the tax system.
-He sold a lot of real estate to the Russians.
-He has a conflict of interest by partnering with the Chinese government to build in Indonesia.

What a smug, ignorant asshole. I own rental property. And even though I profit from it every year, it shows up on my tax return as a loss because of all the things the tax code allows me to write off. That's not tax fraud. That's good business.

Cpl Mark McMiller - again, incorrect. We've filed on people for lying to the police when we determined that there was no underlying crime. Obstruction works the same way.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Yea, well, filing is one thing. Prevailing is another. There's a huge difference between being able to prove someone lied to the police and proving that someone's actions, that are perfectly legal in the absence of a crime, somehow constitute obstruction.

Cpl Mark McMiller - I don't remember a case along those lines that we didn't win. Second, obstruction of justice and tampering with witnesses are the crimes. They don't need an underlying crime. I can list case after case of people being convicted for doing exactly what Trump has done.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Okay, I'll bite. Cite all the cases where you won a conviction for obstruction when the defendant did nothing more than act within his/her Constitutionally enumerated powers and there was no underlying crime.
Actually, don't bother; that would just waste both our time. Because as I already told you probably more than once, Mueller exonerated Trump of conspiring to collude with the Russians. The rest is just partisan bullshit. CASE CLOSED.
