"Funny" is a funny word. I laugh at things that are "funny" even when they are not (just to keep from crying). The "Funnies" used to be funny until they became political. The "Funny Farm" isn't a fun place to visit, especially not to stay. I don't laugh when I'm feeling "funny", do you? "Funny, now that you mention it..." has nothing to do with comedy. And, now that you mention it, I can't remember what was funny in "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum"...

maybe there needs to be “funny code” where cartoons are rated as actually funny or as in humorous, or funny in a political sense or are not funny but sadistic humor and a code assigned. Then of course we’ll need a “snowflake alert” for those who are “Uber sensitive “ to even simple things that are made fun of . Maybe for a quarter dollar a tissue in a sanitary holder be included in the paper..

Many years ago, I recall a study was done about the most common type of firearm used in violent crime. The "winner" was a double-action .38 Special revolver, with a 4" barrel
That was also the description of virtually every police department's issue sidearm for uniformed officers. Strangely enough, it was also the most common handgun owned by the American public.
Does it come as a surprise to 60 Minutes that the most popular type of rifle in this country, with millions in distribution, is likely to be used for criminal purposes?
