Trump Tells Congressman to “Go Back" to “Rat-Infested” Baltimore

Once again, Trump is correct. Clean up your backyard. However, this congressman is too busy helping his wife siphon off funds that were supposed to help fix some of the issues.

I suspect that Cummings isn't all that welcome in Baltimore. Maybe the people elected him to Congress to get him out of their town. Surely that is today's purpose of Congress, to be a waste bin for the trash of America. It abdicated its legislative function when it delegated it to the Administrative State
