It will bring attention to the problem but I liken it to suing Remington because people are getting shot

Interesting point but there's one catch here WRT this case. Big Pharma companies told us years ago that their pills were not addictive only to find out years later, it's the exact opposite. Those same Pharma companies were giving Doctors incentives to push their pills onto their patients in large quantities not fully thinking through the whole picture. My mother was an LPN at a OBGYN doctor's office for well over 30 years and at any time, they had shelves and shelves of all kinds of freebies the Pharma companies would give them. She told me once the doctors actually got flown first class to major meetings and conventions on the Pharma's dime.
