A U.S. Marine lance corporal was charged with murder over the New Year's Day shooting death of a fellow Marine at the Washington, D.C., barracks.
Marine Corps Times reported Wednesday that Lance Cpl. Andrew Johnson is accused of pulling out his service pistol and pointing it at Lance Cpl. Riley Kuznia, before pulling the trigger "in jest" according to a charge sheet.
