I used to visit them at the Whiskey A-Go-Go in Hollywood, when they were first starting out. A few of my Navy buddies and I would go up there from NAS Miramar San Diego. We would sit with them in between their sets. A great group of guys. I love their music, but then I just might be a bit prejudiced about that. LOL
