She's still sharp and committed to the law despite her age, health, and ideological inclinations

Good for her. Don’t always agree with her but as mentioned above , she seems to still have respect for the law.

I'm right there with you, MSG Jay Jackson! I'm not a fan, but even people I disagree with can have a moment of clarity, sometimes. And when they do, i'll recognize it and give praise.

It is refreshing to see a justice acting independently and on legal merits within this so divided climate! At least in theory there should not be a "democrat or republican judge, nor a liberal vs conservative one!

Cpl (Join to see) - Wow, lots of words in response to my comment. I am a 50 yr. registered republican. This does not discredit the clinical findings of his narcissistic personality disorder w/ prominent antisocial traits. You have no clue about my clinical experiences.

And BTW, I am not violating my ethics. If he were my client and I released his clinical data w/o his consent, it would be unethical and illegal.

Why, because my bio doesn't state i have experience as a shrink or any formal education? you have heard of READING haven't you? I've read the DSM. And I've been deeply involved in the PsyD program. Ethics? You absolutely are not allowed to diagnose a patient without an examination, the APA was clear on the Goldwater Rule. Keep it up and I'll print every one of your "opinions" and i'll send them directly to the APA.

The Goldwater rule is section 7 in the American Psychiatric Association's (APA) Principles of Medical Ethics,[1] which states that it is unethical for psychiatrists to give a professional opinion about public figures whom they have not examined in person, and from whom they have not obtained consent to discuss their mental health in public statements

Cpl (Join to see) - Please do so. The PsyD program is quite clinical so my best to you.
