Isn't Northam the guy who thinks wearing blackface is worthy of a picture in his college yearbook? If it is, I have zero respect for him, regardless of political affiliation. I'm sorry, LTC Brown or any other Virginians here, if I'm disrespecting your state or your governor. That's not my intention. Maybe I'm getting him confused with the Lieutenant Governor or Attorney General. I'm too lazy to look it up and I admit it freely.

Thanks Sgt Vance Bonds. The last story I read cast some doubt and then the whole thing was quickly swept under the rug to protect a media darling.

SGT Robert Pryor - Northam first apologized for wearing the costume, but after public opinion stayed against him and he looked at the photo and realized no one could recognize him, he lied and said he didn't believe it was him in the photo. He actually invoked and hid behind the VMI honor code while violating it. Then after he made all kinds of concessions to the Virginia black caucus, they decided to believe him. I guess the black caucus was too dumb -- or corrupt -- or both -- to realize that no one in their right mind would ever forget a costume they wore on a momentous occasion and that Northam as much as admitted he wore the costume when he first apologized for wearing it. I don't suppose it had more to do with the fact that if he had stepped down a Republican would have replaced him.

Cpl Mark McMiller - Woe, thanks. We don't see that in the national media because it doesn't suit their agenda.
