Cannot respond to @1SG Mark Gomez (?) on this one but the system is accepting my comment here. This guy is currently serving a "20 to 29" sentence for his actions. Some of his victims are not so lucky. Yes, disgraceful.

When a certain point is reached, the death penalty should come into play. This is beyond that point, IMO.
