Yes —-> It’s an autonomous territory of *Danmark* as is Greenland. Not exactly a *state* flag (like the US 50) but kinda. Greenland also has their own flag but are still tied w/DK.

Thank you so very much for posting this. I have never heard of those islands. It makes me want to travel. I have watched documentaries of people who are tied to the culture and land despite the adversity, and it appears that some of the younger people eschew such a difficult life and move to cities. In some situations nature is the enemy and makes life and survival very tough to deal with.
