Shula's record as head coach of the Dolphins (1970-95) and before that as head coach of the Colts (1963-69) is unmatched in the National Football League. In 1995, he concluded his 33rd season as an NFL head coach and his 26th season as head coach of the Dolphins. He fashioned a career record of 347-173-6. . . .

This really hit hard, my daughter loves the Dolphins more than she loves my Cowboyz. At least he didn't micro-manage the Dolphins the way Jerry Jones does the Cowboyz. They don't make them like Don Shula any more. R.I.P.
