Everybody needs more garlic and other members of the allium family (onions. chives, leeks).

SGT Herbert Bollum Really Old School Herbal Remedy, When You remember that what causes the wonderful smell and taste is Sulfur and it was an Old School treatment. There is something to it. I take a Daily Garlic Pill and I do Love Sautéed Garlic.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - I get mine in a tablet by internet..mostly although we do cook with garlic and onion extensively. Google garlic allium complex, my wife and I have been taking it two tablets every day since the start and if we feel like a sniffle is coming on double up. I have RA and was having trouble gripping anything until my Naturopathic Doctor had me take this one at six tablet per day for ten days. No more trouble. Took out inflammation and swelling and I was able to work again.
