Trump orders federal retirement money invested in Chinese equities to be pulled

This could be quite the smart move. Pull $4.5 billion from China (hurts their stock market, sets a precedent), and invests same in the US stock market (buying low, value will increase, plus helping to stimulate and revive the US market). Seems it could be a win-win.
