LORD I lift the police officers, SWAT team members, riot security officers, Federal agents, and others whose duty is to stand up for the protection of individuals and the populace to YOU. I pray that YOU protect them from COVID-19 and other communicable disease infection and their family members.
I pray dear LORD that YOU do what it takes to shake those governmental leaders, council members, and legislators who intend to defund police forces to reverse their plans and fully fund the police forces to the best of their ability.

I wanted to unwrap and get going another but mother nature had other ideas...First boat was delivered with the cup holders full of HAIL I could not hear to talk on my phone inside my truck...!!! and the accompanying monsoon!....One part of a fun day.

Thank you, LORD for YOUR Word on standing up for other people:
a. 'Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.' [Proverbs 31:8-9 ESV]
b. 'Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow's cause.' [Isaiah 1:17 ESV]
c. 'Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.' [James 1:27 ESV]
d. 'Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.' [Ephesians 6:13 ESV]
I pray that each one of YOUR adopted children and their loved ones sleep well Saturday night.
