Not all attorneys are law abiding citizens. This is the second instance I've seen during the recent violence where people licensed to practice law are the perpetrators of violence.

Not good... Prayers to the Veteran & family.
Pruitt is receiving treatment in Colorado Springs hospital. A GoFundMe created by his family indicates he is on life support. The fundraiser page also said Pruitt is a single father veteran who lives in Canon City. His family tells KRDO they're asking for prayers in his recovery.
Marshall is out of jail on a $60,000 bond. KRDO has reached out to Marshall for comment but has not yet heard back.
