The employers of other "Karens" fired them after their publicly arrogant and embarrassing choices. Let us hope she also faces similar consequences

Firing them will polarize their attitude in most cases and make it worse and I don't think that is the solution. Solution should be education and/or possibly community service. Also, speech on the street on your own time is really not an employer issue.
