US Africa Command: Russian mercenaries planted land mines in Libya

Given their involvement in many of our combat arenas, shooting down a passenger jet and invading Ukraine, this shouldn’t come as a shock. China has had involvement against us in other areas. The major question is is it worth a war with either of them.
