Some will say he deserved that as a protester, but let us contemplate this further. What kind of strategic message does this send to many Americans? It shows an overbearing and violent force as they beat down a fellow American. Many construe these actions as illegitimate actions by federal agents, but I can honestly say, maybe the mission and execution by the federal agents entails increased violence.

I would say that the fact the Portland Mayor and Oregon Governor have allowed close to 2 months of continuous rioting, property damage, violence, and more against private and federal businesses/citizens shows a stunning lack of leadership with absolutely no discernible plan to protect innocent citizens/property who don't want to be a part of this spectacle.

Was he part of the riots? Was he not following laws? Being a vet doesn't exempt you from any of that.

Was he acting like a rioter... being a vietnam vet doesn't give him immunity from the law of the jungle during a riot or anywhere else
