Absolutely wrong. There is no ban on it. Wide spread testing of it against the virus has resulted in cause to black box it for the virus. But I am guessing you did not realize that the dosing of it is different than when used for other, non standard applications. Not do you have any basis for the 70,000 claim.CPT Bob Coleman
