I think this is the very First time I have heard ‘basement’ Biden make a coherent speech...where was the teleprompter? lol

It appears he actually keeps them out of camera range so the viewers can't see them. Sometimes he uses notes, as he did when signing Executive Orders, so he could tell everyone what he signed since he didn't know what he was signing. Very sad state of affairs.

THE "INVISIBLE" PRESIDENT, who can actually put a log on a fireplace by himself (without instructions). That was a BIG news story ! Wow, that's more impressive than getting vaccine to Americans, controlling imagination, talking to world leaders (he has Kamala do it because foreign calls run into his bedtime) and taking on the China trade disparity. What a guy. Can't help but feel sorry for him, our Country and all of us who will be doomed by his policies and actions.
