The gun-grabbers keep on insisting that only a state militia is given the right to be armed by the 2nd Amendment, ignoring that "the Militia" is only a sub-set of "the people" whose pre-existing "right to keep and bear arms" is guaranteed -- not "granted", by the 2nd Amendment.
